У хабарництві викрито заступника голови федерації профспілок

8 липня о 22.00 годині під час отримання хабара у сумі 50 тисяч доларів США працівники Управління боротьби з організованою злочинністю ГУМВС України в м. Києві та Антикорупційного бюро ГУБОЗ МВС України затримали заступника голови федерації професійних спілок України.

Як повідомив заступник начальника УБОЗ ГУМВС України в Києві Юрій Мороз, ці кошти посадовець вимагав та отримав від громадянина Італії, керівника будівельної фірми за надання переваг в отриманні інвестиційного договору на реконструкцію санаторію «Верховина» у Закарпатській області.

Італійська фірма мала намір вкласти в реконструкцію цього санаторію 150 мільйонів доларів. Один з керівників ЗАТ "Укрпрофоздравниця", який також був задіяний у злочинній схемі вимагання і отримання хабара, дав зрозуміти іноземним інвесторам, що за підписання протоколу про наміри вони мають сплатити 50 тисяч доларів.

Під час передачі коштів у столичному ресторані-піцерії хабарника було затримано «на гарячому» працівниками спецпідрозділу БОЗ. В нього вилучені інші речові докази, зокрема, протокол про наміри щодо інвестицій. За даним фактом слідчим відділом прокуратури Києва порушена кримінальна справа за ознаками злочину передбаченого ч. 3 ст. 368 (вимагання та отримання хабара в особливо великих розмірах) Кримінального кодексу України.

Чиновника затримано в порядку ст. 115 Кримінально-процесуального Кодексу України (на троє діб) до обрання судом міри запобіжного заходу.
